House Rules

West Beach House is a private family home. We enjoy hosting visitors but do ask that they abide by the house rules.

Accommodation: we offer room only accommodation. We can recommend local restaurants for breakfast and other meals.

Check In: 15.00-17.00 on the day of arrival. Could you notify us if you will be arriving outside of these hours - we need to make sure there is somebody here to meet you.

Check out: 11.00 on the date of departure. Rooms must be left in the clean and tidy state as found.

Occupancy: there is a maximum of two adults per room. We do allow children by prior arrangement - see details below. No parties or events permitted.

Children:  the house is not suitable for children aged 2-12 years. Infants under 2 years old are permitted by prior arrangement but we limit them to 1 child per room and they must always be supervised. A cot is available on request.

Facilities: our guests have access to their bedroom and the use of coffee and tea making facilities in the small kitchenette. Please note that there are no cooking facilities available to guests.

Cleaning: All rooms are cleaned to Covid standards prior to arrival. Departing guests must leave rooms in clean and tidy state as found.

Noise: Quiet time after 10pm. No loud music or instruments at any time.

Accessibility: Stair only access.

• There are 5 stairs leading up to the front door of the house.

• The harbour view rooms are on the top floor of the house with four flights of stairs to climb. We can help you with your bags.

Parking: street parking only.

Smoking: we have a strict no smoking policy in the house and garden.

Pets: Guide dogs only. No other pets allowed. Note that there are two pet dogs living at the property.

Cancellations: We have a 48 hour cancellation policy.
